​2018 NEW KY IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS 
Effective July 1, 2018 all students in kindergarten through twelfth grade must show proof of having received two doses of Hepatitis A vaccine to attend school, and students age 16 or older, must show proof of having received two doses of Meningococcal ACWY vaccine (MenACWY) to attend school.  Please refer to the document below for more information.

ACCEPTANCE:
Students will be required to meet admission standards prior to entering the 9th grade and the 11th grade.

9-10 GRADE: 
Students admitted to HFCHS will attend the first two years (9th and 10th grades) in an academically challenging college preparatory program at the Holy Family campus 
in Ashland, Ky.

11- 12 GRADE: 
Students will be enrolled in an Associate Degree program  (AA, AS or AAS) at one of the Ashland Community and Technical College (ACTC) campuses where they will attend traditional college classes (with traditional college students and will be taught by college professors).
